With over 15 years of experience as a trainer and consultant, Mikko Porter has seamlessly navigated the worlds of manufacturing and service industries. He has had the privilege of studying Lean thinking from the best, including visits to iconic Japanese Lean factories such as Toyota, Nissan, Omron, and others. These encounters with industry leaders deepened his understanding of Lean principles. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Mikko Porter brings a highly analytical approach to problem solving and a deep understanding of business improvement. His commitment to excellence is exemplified by his receipt of the Gold Medal from the Finnish Society for Quality and Business Excellence Solutions. Recently promoted to the role of Vice President, Development and IT from the previous success of being the Head of Lean Six Sigma at Isku, a renowned manufacturer and service provider, Mikko Porter continues to shape the landscape of Lean thinking. Beyond his role at Isku, he dedicates himself to assisting companies and organizations, both remotely through adopex.com and in-person, to achieve positive transformations.
