A Comprehensive Exploration

by Markus Meurman, Managing Director, TSS Prime Oy

Master in Lean Service is a comprehensive exploration into the many topics of Lean. Mikko Porter shares his experiences and knowledge in a refreshing video format which is presented in digestible, good-sized portions. Although there’s a lot of material, a healthy dose of humor helps keeping things moving along. I recommend Master in Lean Service to any professionals in the service industry who want a deep dive into lean management that they can study at their own pace.

Captivates the Audience

by Mervi Kallioinen, Department Manager, Päijät-Häme Central Hospital

Mikko conducted a Lean day while serving as the Unit Manager of the operating department. My project task involved the allocation of operating room resources. After Mikko's training day, I felt empowered to develop our production. The content of the day and Mikko's teaching style were excellent! I remember that others who participated in the training also expressed the same. Based on this positive experience, I invited Mikko to give a Lean-themed lecture at our staff well-being day. Mikko is the perfect Lean professional. With his engaging presentation, which may include a few surprises, he easily captivates the audience. I highly recommend him!
